Like I mentioned before, I am working at The Beaver Creek Chophouse, in Avon Colorado this winter. Vail Mountain opened this week, and next week Beaver Creek will open. Its time for me to get aquainted with the menu I will be serving. The last thing I want is to be the server that messes up the overall flow of buisness. So, I decided to type out the menu on a blog, in order to get the information in my head. This way, I could make any extra comments needed, not on the menu, yet important if I am asked by anyone.
